Barbeque on Medium to High Heat to an internal temperature of: Rare - 60 degrees C or 140 degrees F (6-8 minutes per side). Medium - 66 degrees C or 150 degrees F (7-9 minutes per side).  Well done - 72 degrees C or 160 degrees F (9-11 minutes per side).

Corned Beef Brisket

Corned Beef Brisket

All cooking times are guides only. If frozen, thaw before cooking. Remove the Brisket from the plastic. Place in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Cook 60 minutes per kilogram. The Brisket is cooked when the internal temperature is 160 F (70 C).
